This workshop will be offered in Dutch and/or English depending on the participants. Ready to take your coffee game to the next level? Our Home Barista Workshop is the perfect hands-on introduction for specialty coffee enthousiasts who want to brew quality coffee at home. Program of the workshop: • Learn more about different kind of brewing methods such as espresso and pour overs. Discover what to look for when buying beans. • Espresso essentials: Learn how to dial in your grinder, dose correctly, tamp with consistency, and pull the perfect shot. • Filter brewing: we will explore V60 and Aeropress brewing methods and cover grind size, brew ratios, and pouring techniques. • Intro to latte art: depending on time and number of participants we will learn how to steam milk to silky microfoam, and pour simple designs like a heart or tulip. Location and info: • The duration of this workshop is 2-2.5 hours and it will be held in Oslo bakery on Prinsenstraat 16HS in Amsterdam • We keep the groups small and up to 6 participants so there is plenty of time to practice and answer questions. • Take home a mini guide with brewing recipes & tips.
Annuleringsbeleid:
• Deze workshop dient online geboekt te worden en kan vooraf of op locatie betaald worden. Je krijgt een bevestiging per e-mail met alle boekingsgegevens op een rijtje. • Boekingen kunnen online gewijzigd of geannuleerd worden via 'Mijn Account' of via e-mailen naar defreelancebarista@gmail.com. Wijzigingen of annuleringen zijn pas definitief na bevestiging van De Freelance Barista. • Annulering of verplaatsing van een workshop kan uiterlijk tot 48 uur voor aanvang. Bij annuleringen binnen 48 uur voorafgaand aan de workshop zal er 50% van de totale kosten in rekening worden gebracht.
